LERY GROUP SDN BHD ditubuhkan secara rasmi pada 28 Julai 2016. Nama LERY GROUP adalah berasal dari nama ahli pengurusan syarikat LERY GROUP iaitu:

Puan Yantie Ismail sebenarnya sangat takutkan cicak. Beliau boleh menangis dan menjerit sekuat hati jika ternampak cicak dan serangga lain yang menggelikan termasuk lintah, cacing halus dan sebagainya.

Itulah yang membuatkan beliau nekad untuk mencipta ramuan semulajadi yang boleh menghalau serangga dan bersifat semulajadi serta senang digunakan di mana sahaja pada bila bila masa dan mencipta formulasi yang berasaskan daun Serai Wangi (Citronella).

Formula Produk Serai Wangi (Citronella) Repellent LERY bermula dari rumah yang diciptakan sendiri oleh Tuan Razli Dato' Alias dan Puan Yantie Ismail pada Mac 2014.

Minat untuk mendalami dan mengenali dengan lebih dekat tentang Serai Wangi (Citronella) terhasil apabila kami mendapati Serai Wangi (Citronella) adalah formula terbaik untuk penghalau serangga (repellant) secara semulajadi dan selamat.

Serai Wangi (Citronella) juga merupakan agen pembersih dan antibakteria semulajadi berbanding ramuan kimia yang ternyata lebih berbahaya dan ada kesan tidak baik pada alam sekitar. 

Sehingga kini, kami formula Produk Serai Wangi (Citronella) Repellent LERY sentiasa ditambah baik melalui proses kajian dan pembangunan berterusan.


BERMULANYA JUALAN PERTAMA LERY SERAI WANGI (CITRONELLA) DAN SETERUSNYA
Sebelum kilang ditubuhkan secara fizikal, beliau dan seorang kakitangan sementara syarikat bertungkus lumus untuk memperkenalkan rangkaian produk Serai Wangi (Citronella) Repellent LERY GROUP ke pasaran korporat terutama Hotel 4 dan 5 bintang bagi mendapatkan pengiktirafan kualiti dari pihak yang pakar dalam industri perhotelan (Housekeeping Department).

Alhamdulillah.
Pada Julai 2016, walaupun masa itu kilang LERY GROUP masih dalam proses persediaan, berbekalkan usaha dan semangat yang kuat, beliau dan kakitangan beliau berjaya mendapat kontrak dari sektor swasta dan kerajaan.

Jualan produk Serai Wangi (Citronella) Repellent LERY semakin mendapat sambutan apabila kilang LERY GROUP beroperasi sepenuhnya pada Oktober 2016.

What is Citronella Essential Oil? 
  • Citronella is a grass that mainly grows in some Asian countries and some islands of the South Pacific. It has a rich, crisp lemony aroma and thus bears the name citronella.
  • The essential oil of citronella is extracted from two varieties of citronella. The first one is the Ceylon variety, whose scientific name is Cymbopogon nardus and the second one is Java variety, called Cymbopogon winterianus in botanical terminology.
  • In both cases, the essential oil is extracted by steam distillation of the fresh plant.
